Update: The issue is now resolved.

There is an issue with the phone system that is causing 911 calls to be routed to an incorrect area dispatcher. Do not use a campus phone to dial 911.

Colleague System Maintenance, scheduled 6 years ago

ITS will be performing maintenance on the Colleague system on Saturday, March 2 from 12pm-4pm. The system may be offline periodically during this window.

ITS Support Center Phone System Maintenance, scheduled 6 years ago

Beginning at 12:01 AM EST on Saturday, 3/2/2019 and lasting until about 6 AM EST, Saturday on 3/2/19, there be a maintenance period as we migrate to our new Telephony Platform. During this time, we expect two short outages lasting no longer than 10 minutes each. This will only impact the ITS Support Center phone support and will not impact other phone numbers in the college.

The Stokes county campus is currently experiencing a network outage.

ReadSpeaker, the screen reader plugin, for Blackboard will be disabled on 2/27/2018 @ 8:00 am. The tool will no longer be available to use after this change.
