<p>Update 11:37 AM EST: The WiFi Networks at all campus locations are now functional for all students and employees. Guests without a Forsyth Tech TechID account are currently unable to connect to the WiFi networks due to the SMS text sign in option not functioning reliably. The Vendor is actively working on implementing a solution to fix the SMS text sign in issue.</p>

Our Internet Service provider has experienced a local equipment failure and is actively working to restore service.             <summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Update 3:00 PM (9/29/2021): We have received an update of intermittent issues being reported that appear to be limited to inbound calls coming from the Verizon Wireless network. While you may still experience these intermittent call issues, the observation is that the trouble is not as widespread as the previous days and has narrowed in scope.</p>

<p>Update 2:00 PM (9/28/2021): We have just been notified by our service provider that they are starting to see sporadic issues with inbound calls resulting in the same issue of audio to drop. At this time, it looks to only impact inbound calls and not outbound. We will post any new information as it is made available to us.</p>

<p>Update 1/7/2020 11:00 AM:
At this time, the Colleague system is online, however, it is experiencing performance issues.  Since the system is much slower than normal, users are seeing a “processing please wait” message and are closing their sessions. We need to ask that users exercise a little patience and let their processes finish. What is happening is that users are incorrectly exiting the system, and starting a new session to run the same process over again. In effect, we have found many users that have multiple login sessions on the system causing additional lag on the system.</p>
