We are experiencing issues with our telephone system dropping calls/not completing calls. We are investigating.
Update 9:30 AM: Blackboard has resolved the outage and the service is now available.
Blackboard is experiencing a major outage which is preventing access to the site. Blackboard is working to resolve the issue ASAP.
