4:33 PM EST: Blackboard has resolved the issue
Blackboard is experiencing nationwide issues with a service provider that is causing issues when attempting to access or download files from a Blackboard course. Blackboard is working with the vendor on a resolution and we will post an update as soon as it is resolved.
